RETURN AND WARRANTY

AURUM JEWELRY MEXICO acts as a distributor and the guarantee offered is that granted by the supplier.

The pieces may suffer some type of alteration due to the care they are given, the PH of each person, or by being in contact with any type of liquid (perfume, water, sweat). 

The use that each user provides to the products is their responsibility.

To make changes it is essential to present a gift or purchase receipt within the first 7 days after the purchase. The item must come in its original packaging, with tags and without having been used.

  • We do not make returns.
  • No refunds are made in case of making a mistake in your order.
  • There are no returns on personalized jewelry.

The customer must return the merchandise subject to return.

We only replace accessories that have arrived defective or damaged. If you need to make a change, send us an email to ventas@aurummexico.com and send us your package to the address: Calle Avellano 697, Col. Bajada de San Martin. Irapuato, Guanajuato. cp. 36555.

GUARANTEE

  • AURUM JEWELRY acts as a distributor of manufacturers or wholesale distributors who guarantee that the products sold on the website function correctly and do not present defects or hidden defects that could make them dangerous or unsuitable for normal use. However, the use that each User makes of the products is their sole responsibility, without any responsibility of AURUM JEWELRY MEXICO.
  • Products modified or repaired by the User or any other person not authorized by the supplier or manufacturer are excluded from the guarantee. The guarantee will not be applicable to apparent defects and product conformity defects, for which any claim must be made by the User in question within 7 days of delivery of the products. The guarantee will not cover products damaged by improper use.
  • For in-store purchases, it is essential to show the receipt (ticket) of purchase or gift for any change (both physical and digital, photo/email).
  • All products purchased at AURUM JEWELRY may be exchanged, as long as they are returned within a maximum period of 7 days from the date of delivery and provided that the User complies with the rest of the conditions established in this section.
