TIME FOR SHIPPING

Delivery times may vary depending on the date you make your purchase, as well as your location, the average delivery is between 1 and 6 business days.

Courier services such as Fedex will not work on Good Thursday and Good Friday, so deliveries could take between 1 and 4 business days.

WHAT SHOULD I DO IF MY ORDER ARRIVES WRONG OR INCOMPLETE?

In the event that your order arrives wrong or incomplete, you must contact us, through contact@aurummexico.com , and send your purchase confirmation with your order number in order to review your case and support you in the best way. .

WHEN AND HOW DO I RECEIVE MY TRACKING  NUMBER OF MY PACKAGE?

The guides will be sent until the next business day after you made your purchase and once your order is ready to be delivered to the parcel service, the system will automatically send you a guide number so that you can follow your package on the way home.

I MADE A MISTAKE IN MY DATA SHIPMENT.  HOW CAN I SEND THEM CORRECTLY?

Once the guide has been generated, you must contact the parcel service directly to be able to make any changes to the delivery data. You will need to have on hand the guide number that we sent you to your email.

WILL I RECEIVE THE SAME PRODUCT I SEE ON THE WEBSITE?

Yes, except in those products with artisanal processes in which there could be a slight difference in the finish and the natural stones, which may therefore vary in tone and size.

WHAT CARE SHOULD I GIVE THE ACCESSORIES?

We make some general recommendations, such as handling your accessories delicately, avoiding any contact with liquids or beauty products that could alter the composition of the materials such as makeup, perfumes, creams, etc. We also recommend that you store your accessories in a place isolated from moisture, dust and sunlight.

Recommendations for a long life:

  • Do not bathe with your accessories.
  • Don't fall asleep with your accessories on.
  • Do not go into the sea or swim with your accessories.
  • Avoid putting sprays, perfumes and creams directly on your accessories

CHANGES OR RETURNS

CAN I RETURN AN ACCESSORY IF I DON'T LIKE IT?

Unfortunately we do not handle changes or returns, unless the item has arrived damaged. Our accessories do not have arrangements, changes or guarantees.
